We offer complete financial management services to our clients. All financial statements are produced by our corporate office and we encourage clients to utilize lock box services for payment collection. This allows the funds to be deposited directly into the association’s bank accounts without processing delay. The details of each day’s payments are provided to our office on disk or by modem for uploading.
Our accounting department is equipped to provide your association with complete financial services, including interim financial reports, assessment statements, accounts payable and receivable. Together with our operating budgets we are able to fulfill all of your accounting and financial needs.
In between the annual audit or review performed by an independent CPA, the interim financial reports provided to the board of directors are designed to accomplish the following objectives.
