Association Manager Positions


  • Current knowledge of Federal, State and Local Statutes and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of portfolio’s governing documents.
  • Maintain courteous communications with governing board, owners and vendors.
  • Provide current status and action file on all portfolio communities.
  • Prepare and deliver financial items, contracts, etc.
  • Work within established budgets.
  • Monthly property inspections.
  • Prepare annual budgets for portfolio communities.
  • Track and bid as needed community Insurance needs and policies.
  • Ensure portfolio communities are clean, safe and well maintained.
  • Inspect on a regular basis, property and improvement, noting deficiencies.
  • Supervise as needed outside contractors working on the property.
