The service desk team is available to owners and residents for routine maintenance and service requests.  They also work with managers in resolving service and maintenance issues, soliciting proposals, scheduling and coordination.  They are the main point of contact for all vendors.  If you have an emergency please call 425 897-3400.  We do not monitor this site or email for emergency requests.
