Welcome to the Sammamish Crown Condominiums website!  We are excited to have a portal of communication that will allow faster and more efficient communication between residents, the Sammamish Crown Board of Directors and SUHRCO Residential Properties.
The community of Sammamish Crown was established in 1990.  21 years later, we have experienced rapid growth of neighboring communities and businesses.  In 1990, the Costco complex was a pasture and Issaquah was dark at night!  Local and regional changes will continue to affect our community, and we hope this web site will be a valuable resource for all residents to be informed about community, local and regional changes and issues.  You will be able to access SC Board meeting minutes, newsletters, urgent notices, updates, and SUHRCO Residential Properties' information.  We will have advertisers, resident profiles, calendars, and whatever we think will benefit the community.
