Service Desk

We are pro-active when it comes to the care of your property. Our staff has the ability to identify and solve your site related issues quickly and effectively. We maintain a network of carefully screened vendors—vendors who know the level of service and quality our clients expect. If requested, we can provide regular site inspections and on-site personnel.

Our computerized maintenance system allows us to continually track and update maintenance requests for your community. Status of on-going projects is a keystroke away. Our system enables us to provide our members with quick response and follow-up concerning their routine maintenance requests.

Emergency response and maintenance service is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Service Desk provides assistance in the following areas:

  • Report maintenance concerns (leaking roof or gutter)
  • Report safety issues (lights out, abandoned vehicles)

With our Association On-Line Services residents can report maintenance concerns virtually from anywhere and at anytime.  Emergency response is provided 24/7/365 by telephone.
